Preventing changed my account

My brother always changing my type of account and password, how can I do so
as not to enable it to access my account has, it is both administrator, I
have windows vista

Download and install Windows Live Media and see if you can live with it.
There is a better separation of accounts, not completely but better.
Another thing you can do is Windows log on using separate accounts.
