preventing custom emoticons to shrink

Hi,

I have some nice chubbicons (bigger size anim gif smileys) what I would like
to use in Messenger. However when I add them as custom emoticons they appear
shrinked, resized to standard size.
On the other hand I received emoticons from friends what are different in
size then standard emoticons so I assume that there is a way to tell or trick
Messenger to insert image as it is without resizing.
Can you tell me how can I achieve that?

Thanks

I know that with MSN Messenger 7.5 there were some add-ons that could
accomplish this. However, I don't think they've been updated to Windows Live
Messenger yet.

Thats simple:
Normal pictures were resized always to 16x16.
But ANIMATED gifs are much bigger (i think about 42x42, not sure).
So simply make your pictures animated...

No way, sorry!

But there are free programs out there to make animated gifs.
