Preview taskbar Delay

Hi all, I wanna know if someone have any idea about how the previews in
taskbar can appear without delay.....if i put the mouse over a taskbar boton
is a little delay like 0.5 seconds....after that the previews are
instantaneous... but that first delay is annoying.
The MouseHoverTime registry key don't change anything in Vista.
