previous content advisor password

I'm in the process of setting up my internet on my home computer. I am now
unable to provide the password to the content advisor due that the
computerbelonged to someone else or a company and was purchased through a
computers for schools program. What do I need to do? I am able to create a
password for my daughter and myself, I just can't get past this issue about
the content advisor password.
