Print Server Migration - From Windows 2003 to Windows 2008

I'm trying to backup printers using "Print Management" from the original
Windows 2003 Print Server, so that I can restore into the new Print Server,
which will be Windows 2008 Server x32. When I attempt the backup, I receive
the following message:

"Windows encountered errors during the migration process. Click 'Open Event
Viewer' for more information.

The last event that shows is Event ID 70:
"Printbrm.exe (the Printer Migration Wizard or the command-line tool) copied
print processor file \\printsrv.domain\prnproc$\W32X86\x5pp.dll to
C:\Users\ADMINI~1.BOS\AppData\Local\Temp\2\DE52DC8 7-5C3F-48AD-BDC9-2A7243A8010D\PRTPROCS\Windows NT x86\x5pp.dll. No user action is required."

I also opened "Command Prompt" and ran it as an Administrator, and went into
the %windir%\system32\spool\tools\ directory and ran the following command
using the PrintBrm.exe tool:

Printbrm -s \\printsrv.domain -b -f printersbackup.printerExport

It reaches 64% and then I receive the following error code:
The following error occurred: 0x80070002.
The system cannot find the file specified.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated ... thanks in advance!
