print spooler service

i run a dell a960 print on a dell inspiron 1100 with windows xp i gget an
erro spooler error 1068 spool drivers w32x86/3dlb fuser in windows system
32 spoolssv exe i can not print or install printer from cd or ad new hardware
i can not restart the spooler any suggestions
