Print XPS

I want to print an HTML email on my HP Deskjet960 printer but when I try
all I am offered is to save the .xps file.

How do I print this file?

When you go to print, it should give you an option to select printer. If
not, make sure your printer is installed and set as default.

I know it should give me options but it doesn't. All I can do is
"save". I can print everything else, pictures and text.

Open the Printers folder in Control Panel and set your DeskJet as the
default printer.
