Hello,
Well since the printer isn't compatible with Vista, you are only left with a
couple of options -
1. Return the printer and get another one that works with vista (I recommend
this option if this is possible.. seems to be the only way if you want to be
able to print without waiting)
2. Dual boot Vista and XP
3. Wait for the manufacturer to release drivers for windows vista.. if they
do plan to release drivers for windows vista. Some manufactures don't plan
on releasing drivers for some of their products so you will have to check on
their website.
Apart from that there isn't much you can do when it comes to hardware and
drivers. Drivers have to be designed for Windows Vista and unfortunately it
isn't possible to use older drivers to do the job.. at least right now.
