Printer driver problem with IESAMPLE

Hi All!
I'm working over a printer driver for Window CE .NET 4.2. It works good
with Microsoft WordPad, Microsoft PDF Viewer, Microsoft Image Viewer but
has a problem to print from Internet Explorer (IESAMPLE). There is
Top and Left black border on every page. When the content of HTML
document is over one printer's page it prints incorrect - separated over
many paper sheets.
Also i try to print from Internet Explorer with PCL Laser driver
provided from Microsoft on HP IRDA printer. Result was the same except
black border.

Is there any info about problems? I think that borders come from
incorrect cleanning of printer dc. May i clean it in driver ( on every
DrvStartPage may be ) and how to do that?
