printer hp psc 2355 all-in-one HELP!!!!

i recently had to purchase a new hard drive, mine obviously is ruined. I do
not have the disc my printer originally came with so i am stuck not knowing
how to install my printer. I have went on HP's website to download the driver
but it would not work. i also upgraded to svc pack 3 and nothing. I called
best buy but they will not give me the disc they say there is no way to
reload this without the original disk or off the site...im sorry but im not
the only person in the world who loses these things...if anyone can help im
goin crazy

This has nothing to do with Windows Update.

You'll need the CD to be able to install the printer, period.

Hi there,

your needed driver is available here a 274 mb download:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...=422000&dlc=en

This driver should make it able to use your printer. Check your manual on
how to install the driver or the HP support pages.

Aslo check the software updates you might neeed.
