Printer missing

I have a Brother printer that I have been using and now my printer is
missing and I have tried re-install it and I still can't get my computer to
recognize that I have already installed it once. What had happened here? I
have a Window Vista.

Go to:
Start>>Search>>services.msc

and make sure both services *Print Spooler* and *DCOM Server Proces
Launcher* set to AUTO and started
