Printer Problem after SP2

I downloaded and installed Windows XP SP2. Upon re-start,
the system stated it was not able to communicate with my
printer, a Canon F-80.

I removed the hardware and software, then followed
Canon's original instructions to install the software and
printer to XP.

This does not help.

I have the most recent driver for the printer.

Anyone have a solution? thanks

There is a qfe available for this. It's in tcpip.sys.

Programs that connect to IP addresses that are in the loopback address range
may not work as you expect in Windows XP Service Pack 2
