Printers Disappearing Act

We have several Dell OptiPlex 755s here with Vista Business and two of them
keep losing
the Printers choice on the Main Menu. Not just the printers disappear but
the entire Printers
choice on the menu! When that happens, no app can use the printers.
Restarting will usually
bring back the printers but not always. Sometimes we have to restart four
or five times.

The printers are directly connected to the network and the workstations are
in the same domain
as the printers. Network connectivity isn't affected and only those two
machines have the
problem. I've done System File Checker on both machines and some files were
repaired but
the problem remains. Any ideas?
