Printers problem in 2k3 active/passive cluster

I can't connect to printers on the virtual path from the passive node, nor I
can add new printers, the "add new printer" is missing. If move the spooler
from node 1 to node 2, I got the same problem.

Server 2003 SP2? You will see this behavior on SP1 (I think). There's a kb
on this but the fix went into SP2.

what date is spoolss.dll? This issue was fixed in SP2. Do you see the
scheduled tasks icon?

For some strange reason, the spoolss.dll was still an old version. We're
re-applied
SP2 and the problem is solved.
