printing after update

Windows did an automatic update last night and now I can't print on one of my
two printers, a LaserJet 1300. I've gone through all the troubleshooting,
including removing and reseating the cartridge, turning off the printer,
turning off the computer, and reinstalling the drivers. Printer does print a
test page. Other printer, HP 7310 is ok. Any suggestions?

A proper uninstall reinstall might do the trick.

Sounds like a software problem if you can print a test page...I know of
one windows update that causes printing problems..

maybe try uninstalling it?? It should be the hotfix in your add/remove
programs ending with 423..
