MSconfig and Windows defender in Vista share control over startup items. As
far as I can see, disabling an item in one seems to be accepted by the
other, but it is not reflected in their own listing.
Is this an accurate assumptions (assumptions are dangerous)?
Is it accomplish the same way?
Is there a priority among them?
Cheers.
