Privacy "Block List"

I was trying to clear off some old contacts that I have since deleted and
blocked, and found that some cannot be removed from the "Block List". It
seems to happen with anyone who added myself to their contact list initially,
and not vice versa. Is there anyway around this?

Greetings,

You can right-click contacts in the Block List and choose Delete, but this delete option is
only available if they've also removed you from their main contact list, otherwise the option
is grayed out.

This is by design and cannot be worked around, except by completely removing your account
from the network.
