Hello Erik,
You can setup a secondary partnership with your Pocket PC which will
synchronize the appointments to your work PC. However, the appointments
marked as private will synchronize with all information to your desktop.
For information on setting up a secondary partnership, you can visit the
following page ---
http://members.fortunecity.com/rajpi...tnerships.html
The private appointment check box makes it possible to hide personal
information by making an item visible only to its owner when the folder is
shared. The information will be visible to you depending on the permission
level you have set.
If you are sharing your Calendar and want security then a work around you
could consider is storing your individual appointment in a private calendar,
1. Mark the appointment with a Category (say "Private") while creating the
appointment and synchronize them to your PPC.
2. Synchronize it to your work computer.
3. View all the appointments by Category, Select the appointments under
"Private" and then move those marked as
"Private" into a private calendar.
I hope this information helps !!
