Pro SP2 Upgrade

i am upgrading from Home SP2 to Pro SP2 on a toshiba laptop. during the
upgrade i get a Copy Error stating that "setup cannot copy teh file cvs.xs_,
hform.xs_, htable.xs_ " among others. it is trying to copy the files from
D:\I386----my cd drive (i bought the cd upgrade) but cannot do so for
somereason. when i go to browse, i can see the files there. what should i
do?

I would test the drive where it's trying to copy.
drive \properties\tools\error checking
someone had similar problem and found a bad sector.
