Had a similar problem involving KB928365 and 366. Microsoft help to resolve
the problem :
Go to:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Downlod the windows installer Cleanup Utility.
Run the file. It will show windows files loaded.
Highlight any .net Framework e.g 1.1 and 2.0. and restart.
Go to:
https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=...23100&id=74335
Download and install Framework 1.1
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Then download Framework SP1.1:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
(
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en)
Then Download Framework 2.0:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
(
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en)
Restart and try again to install updates. Hope this helps and thanks again
