Problem with Acresso Software Manager Agent

Hello Everyone,

I m new to this forum but found it very interesting.
I am facing a problem with my HP pavilion laptop.....the prob i
whenever I start my lappy a window pops up with the message that Acress
Software Manager Agent has stopped working..
I am unable to find solution for the problem can anyone help me.. t
find out the agent updates or download file or any recommende
solutions??????????????

What did the Acresso support techs have to suggest when you contacted
them about a problem with _their_ product?
