Problem with adding multiple DNS

Pls suggest about IPv4 DNS adding be have facing problem about adding
multiple DNS. its take only Two DNS Address.when be enable /desable net Icon
after DNS entry has goes off. Its showing only DNS Primary and Secondry.

Ordinarily, you don't need more than two DNS entries. To date, I've
never encounterd a scenario wher more than two would be required.

Could you expand on your query and explain why you would need 3 or
more?
