With Vista, even though you are logged in with an administrator account, you
are still running with standard privileges. If you want to invoke your admin
powers you need to elevate the process that needs this power.
If an installation program is Vista compatible, it will ask you to elevate
the installation process with admin privileges. If it does not ask you for
permission, there are several things you can do. The easiest way is to right
click the installation file and select the Run As Administrator option.
