problem with booting

i have a p4 machine.i had insstalled winxp in my primary partition.and it was
working properly. i installed linux on on eof my drives.i had a grub
loader.due to some reasons i had to delete the linux partition and convert it
in to the fat32.now when i am booting the system it stops at a screen which
shows grub prompt and some available commands.i dont have any boot disks
..what shuld i do .need help
