I started having problems with blue screen appearing after I connected a
wireless internet connection to my monitor. To fix, it said to downloand and
install updated versions of video driver. Upon trying to download and
install the updated video driver and other window updates, the updates
download but won't install. Get message saying that there's a problem with
my computer which won't allow the installation of the updates. Help..........

Hi there,

Never download / install hardware drivers from MS, go to the manufacturers
websie if an update is really needed that is: if it ain'y broke: do NOT
"fix" it.

Try system restore in safe mode and return to a point where the problem did
not occur or try rolling back on the driver in device mangar, assuming you
are runnung win XP since you did not mention the OS you are usung.

Best regards,
Michel Denie
