problem with cd rom

when i go to device manager and click on cd rom devcie it does not show me
resources tab due to which i could not confirm correct resource setting
resultantly my cd rom is not working.

Hi najmuddin khan,

try this,

Go to control panel and then after go to administrative tools, after you
open that go to services. Under services look at IMAPI CD-ROM burning
service. Right click or left click whichever is relevant to your system. You
will see on the very top the Start button choose that and it should start
your CD-ROM. From there you should not have anymore problems if this starts
with no problem.
