Problem in configuring WSUS server client.

We have configured WSUS Server in Windows 2003 Standard Edition and found
some of our clients machine is not reflected in WSUS Server. Our client
machines Group Policy were configured such as Computer configuration ->
Administrative templates -> Windows components -> Windows update -> 1)
Configure windows update (Enabled) 2) Specify intranet site was mapped to
(http://wsusserver:80). Some times our client machines which is already
listed in the WSUS Server disappears suddenly.

60 machines were reflected out of 100

Client machines are win2000 professional with sp4, winxp with sp2 Server OS
is win2003 Enterprise Edition.

Please provide us a solution on how to solve this problem
