Problem Connecting To Internet

Today, I installed five M/S updates. I also installed an updated definition
file for my Norton Antivirus 2005. After that, I could not connect to the
Internet. The NAV detects and stops a "Worm", "Veritas NetBackup Shared
Library BO", and drops my dialup connection. If I deselect the "Worm's"
definition in NAV, I can connect OK.

I'm not sure if the problem is with the M/S updates or the NAV update. Is
anyone else having this problem?

I think you have viruses into your system
don´t do nothing with deselect Worm´s definition in NAV, it will be
dangerous for your system but run live update and after that go "scan my
computer" and if nothing with be found after that scaning you than go to
connencting with internet.
I hope it will work.

Thanks for the response. My problem seems to be resolved. Symantec issued
another Worm Signiture Exclusion List this morning which removed the "Veritas
NetBackup Shared Library BO". Problem fixed!
