Problem Connecting using Live Messenger

Hi,
We are facing a problem in connecting Windows Live Messenger on one of our
user's Notebook. His Messenger is not connecting and generating an Error
8100030d with a message â€œSigning in to Windows Live Messenger failed because
the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.â€

Rest of the PCs and Notebooks in our Domain are using same settings and
using Live Messenger successfully. I you have any solution for this it will
be highly appreciated.
