Problem with dates in System State backup file

I'm in the process of testing recovery of a Windows 2000 server to a backup
server. I've create the system state backup, but what I find odd are the
dates on the various components. For example, the "Boot Files" has the
current date, but COM+, Registry, and SysVol are all dated 3/22/05. Shouldn't
these dates be relatively clost to today's date?

I've successfully created an ERD today hoping this might updated the date
stamps, but this didn't help at all.

Thank you.
