problem downloading label maker program

i'm getting a partial download.the label layout is missing. have uninstalled
and reinstalled numerous times.vendor says my problem is unique.have tried
all their suggestions . can someone help. i am an amateur.

You might get a faster answer if you tell us which label maker program.
