Problem encountered after Latest Update

Shortly after the latest update (XP) when attempting to access documents, an
error message appears "DrWatson Postmortem debugger has encountered a problem
and needs to close." The all freezes up and rebooting necessary. Help! Not a
computer know-it-all and don't understand all this! Any ideas?
