Problem: Errors/BSOD

Recently I've been having problems with my computer; It will stop
suddenly, I will get BSODs, and/or will not start (I can hear a beeping
sound every now and again coming from my computer when I try to start,
and it doesn't... (>_<)).

My guess was either:
RAM
Video Card
or
Wireless USB (I tried uninstalling it, to see if it helped. It
doesn't...)

But I'm unsure, and I'm not really computer savvy. Can someone help me
out here?

Info:

Product:
Windows Vista

Problem:
Random Shutdown
BSOD
Random Freezing (It'll be good for a few minutes, than everything will
freeze...)

Error (9/28/09):
Driver IRQL NOT MORE OR LESS

Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x10000001, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x10000001)

If you need any additional info, I will do what I can to find it.

Frankly, if you're not skilled at hardware troubleshooting, I'd recommend
you find someone who is and get their assistance. It sounds like a hardware
problem but it's hard to say which component, and replacing things until you
find the broken part can get a bit expensive.
