Problem in the esdx driver intalling in Win2000

I have WIN 2000 machine..with esdx sound card
then I am trying to install the driver using
www.sybercom.com site and customer services link...
(drivers and download)..

But after installation,popup window is coming ,like that,

this software not altered since testing ..
and not have the digtial signature...
and may not work...

so finally I am not getting any sound....
please help me for this....
