Problem with Favorites transfer.

I have WindowsXP & IE8

I have changed to IE8 from Firefox 3 and I tried to transfer
all my favorites across.

But somehow these have been duplicated when displayed in the
IE8 favorites button, that is the favorites from an old
version of IE have not been updated. Also the favorites
display very slowly.

But in Windows Explorer (My Documents\Favorites) all the
favorites are correct.

It appears that the old favorites have attached themselves
to the IE8.

Please help, Frank

And how did you "transfer all [of your FF] favorites across" to IE?
