Problem finding event message DLL for failover Clustering Windows

Hello

I have written a custom code for retrieving event messages from event log,
but facing problem retrieving event message details for failover clustering
in windows 2008 under system log.

We have tried following link

But could not resolve the problem.

I need to know where I can find the event messages file(DLL or exe) to read
event details for failover clustering.
