problem with ghost 12 installation and running

i have vista home premium and i am trying to install norton ghost 12 however
during the absolute last stage of installation i get a message that regsvr32
has failed to register and very soon the service stops. the installation
shows completed. now when i try to run the ghost it gives an error E1AD3212,
YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION. And then
ghost doesnt start.
