problem with HPSMHD.exe process

I have windows server 2003 R2 standar edition SP2 and I have just noticed
the hpsmhd.exe (System Management Homepage) running at 90% CPU usage. Can
you tell how stop this process?

I'd recommend installing the latest version of HP System Management Homepage
and then see if it still eats up CPU time.
