Problem with HTC Diamond

HI.

I've got a HTC Diamond of O2. The other day I wasn't able to syncronize it.
I got "Syncronization Error, Support Code 0x80070002". I had to Hard-Reset
the device.

Does anyone knows why and how to avoid it?.

I need more information. Is this error with ActiveSync or WMDC with your PC
or to Exchange? Is any of the data synchronizing?

Hi.

Thanks. I have got Vista and the error is with the Syncronization Center
(what in Vista is instead of Active Sync). I have no media syncronized. Is
trying to syncro the calendar, contcats, archives, tasks and so on. And
nothing was syncronized when it occurred.

Hi,
Actually Sync Center did not replace ActiveSync. You will need to install
Windows Mobile Device Center in order to sync.

I do not know the cause of the 80070002 error. I suggest that you contact
HTC for assistance.
