Problem importing OE 6 mail files into Windows Mail

I have been carefully following the instructions provided in
http:/www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx. My Vista laptop does import any folder I
select from the saved OE Message Store. However, when finished copying the
files, it tells me the files were downloaded in OE 6 format, and any or all
all Windows Mail subfolders of the "Imported Folder" turn out to be blank.
