Problem install Flash 9 with IE7

Dear Ones Smarter Than I,
I am having problem installing Flash 9. When I install I get Flash showing
installed successfully but when I go to website that requires Flash I get
message that I need to install Flash. This happens with IE but I downloaded
Firefox and installed Flash with it and there is no problem. How do I
rectify the problem with IE7?

Uninstall with Adobe's tool, restart IE as administrator (right-click IE
icon), then download and reinstall.
