Problem installing/configuring KB953660

My computer keeps automatically installing KB953660 and then I get a message
that it isn't configured properly and therefore uninstalls itself. It is
doing this everyday and it is driving me crazy! Can someone either tell me
how to get it configured correctly or stop the automatic installation.

If you phone in mention *specifically* that *Security* update KB970892
will not install. Do *not* mention any other issue.
If the person answering the phone still wants to charge you or tries to
refer you to the manufacturer of the system, ask to speak to a Supervior
or a higher level of Support.
