Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista x64 SP2) when
posting to this newsgroup.

You want Flash v10.0.38.18 (for IE8 32-bit). See

You might try manually un-installing and manually re-installing the Flash
Player on your machine.

Download the following two files and save them to your Desktop.

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...ash_player.exe
http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie

Disconnect from the Internet and temporarily disable any Real-Time
Secruity Application(s) running in the background on your machine.

First run the Uninstaller file from the Desktop to completely remove the
Flash
Player from your Machine.

Then run the Installer file from the Desktop to re-install the latest
version
of the Flash Player.

Test the results.

Good luck,

Hello,

Sorry but it didn't work.

Problem is coming during installation while registering "Flash10c.ocx"

It's possible that you have a Registry Permissions problem that is
preventing the Flash Player from installing properly. Follow the directions
at the following Adobe site for resetting your Registry Permissions:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419.html

After completing steps 1 thru 8 for fixing your registry permissions, then
try the manual install method again.

Good luck,
