Problem with installing Microsoft .NET

Hi,

I've downloaded these two files and now I wanted to install them cause I
can't run programs in Microsoft.NET I always get and error.So I downloaded
and then the install ... I just follow the steps ,no problem, then it starts
with installing ,still no problem, but then the install screen just says
'could not install the 2 file(s)'
and I have NO idea what I have to do .

If I've made some grammar faults in this post ,then I'm sorry for it ,but
it's hard ,cause I'm just 16 years old and I'm from belgium...

1. Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied
