Problem with installing SP1

I get a problem when the system is restarting after installation of SP1, the
system starts to display a list of files when it stops on a af ile and
displays the next message !!0xc0190036!! 5943/75082 (OESpamfilter.dat)

Do I assume SP1 for Vista?

Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (All Languages)

I got the following message after clicking link and entering all the required
information. Error:
An unknown application error occurred. Please try again in a few minutes.

I have tried to email 3 times now and get the same application error.

Any ideas
