Problem installing updates

I have some updates to install but when I try to do this I get a message -
Updates not configured correctly. Reverting changes - I use Windows Vista.
Anyone any ideas?

what did you find out. I am having this trouble to.

Nobody has got back to me yet. Keep checking this post and hopefully someone

Same problem here. I managed to figure out the problem is with the Cumulative
IE update(KB974455). uncheck that and install the rest.

As for that IE update I have no idea. Will try MS support.
