Problem on installing WSUS on Win 2003 Ent edition

Dear all,

I have problem on installing WSUS on my Win 2003 Ent edition, the
server is the AD domain controller with DNS, WINS and IIS enabled.

After I download the package from MS website, I double clicked it to
unpack, but after the unpacking process, the unpack window just
disappeared without prompting other installation window.

Later then, I tried to install the Win 2003 SP1, do the above process
again, but same result comes.

Could anyone tell me what is going on? How do I know my .net framework
is working fine or need updating with .net framework 1.1 sp1? There was
nothing prompt me to install while I access Windows Update or Microsoft
Update website. And there is nothing in the Add/Remove program,
add/remove Windows Components about the .net framework.
