Something is causing a 'restart on error'. This is writing an Event to the
Event Viewer for you. Start orb, type eventvwr.msc.
The load failure is probably related. I would guess one of the drivers in
your system needs refreshing. Try to identify the name of the file causing
the error, and determining what is using it
