HELLO,

EVER SINCE I INSTALLED WINDOWS VISTA ON MY LAPTOP, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO
USE INTERNET EXPLORER. WHENEVER I CLICK ON THE LOGO, IT TELLS ME THERE IS A
PROBLEM WITH IT, AND IT GIVES ME 2 OPTIONS: 1. CLOSE THE PROGRAM, AND 2. FIND
A SOLUTION ONLINE AND CLOSE THE PROGRAM. I NORMALLY GO WITH THE 2ND OPTION
BUT IT JUST CLOSES WITHOUT GIVING ANY SOLUTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS. I'M ALSO
HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR. I HAVE TRIED UNINSTALLING
THE INTERNET EXPLORER, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ON MY UNINSTALL PROGRAM LIST.

PLEASE DO YOU KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED
INSTALLING ANODA INTERNET EXPLORER, BUT BECAUSE I CAN'T DELETE THE ORIGINAL
ONE, I CAN'T GO ON WITH THE INSTALLATION.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Hello,

try starting IE without add-ons: Press Windows-key + R ->iexplore -extoff ->
Enter . If the errors don't persist, start Internet Explorer normally again
and go to Tools -> Manage add-ons -> Enable or disable add-ons and disable
one add-on after the other, until you find which add-on is causing the
issue.

Does it help?
Greetings,

Hello,

you seem to have OmniPageSE installed. Do you need the program, as it may be
responsible for the crashes (that DLL is related to OmniPageSE)?`
