problem to istall update

Hi all!
sorry for my bad english!
i have a problem with vista ultimate 64 !
the problem is that when i download the update from windows
update...vista istall the update and rebbot the computer....and it's ok!
But when it reach the istallation menu before to go to the desktop the
computer frozen in this screen! and i can do anything !
(i can see that it is frzen beacuse the circle of vista is frozeen too)
I left the computer in this status for one hour and nothing!!

To work i had to left the update from windows recovery mode !

ps
This problem it's not for all update....because some updates he can
reach to istall.

An updae that i can't istall is KB932596

MY PC IS
Intel quad core q6600 2400 mhz
asus pk5 for intel socket 775
1x4 gb ddr 800 team value
Hd Seagate barracuda sataII 320 gb
goforce 8800 gts 640mb

The update is not "critical". It does not address a specific vulnerability
nor specific security issue. While Microsoft recommends it, it is not
necessary. In other words, you do not have to install this particular
update.

If you feel you must install the update, then you will have to analyze what
is going on with your computer. There could be a number of reasons why the
update does not work. For instance, does the motherboard's BIOS need
updating? Check the motherboard manufacturer's website for newer BIOS
software. And so on.

But either way, KB932596 is *not critical* and only recommended.

Do you have the latest chipset (and other) drivers for your motherboard?
Check the Asus website. Probably you do already, but it is worth a check.

There are forums there and they discuss both AMD and Intel 64-bit computing
with Windows XP 64-bit and Windows Vista 64-bit.

But don't cry because KB932596 is more of a "recommend" and not really
"critical" update .. so you are OK with it or not with it for now. So take
your time and investigate.
